Dialup Question?

    I read about a program that sends packets to server constantly, so dialup connections don't drop. I can't remember where it was, if it was on major geeks or newbie help forum? Do you know of such a program? If so could you post a link? Thank You Very Much.

    A simple ping via dos can do this. Start run cmd, then ping something.com will keep the connection alive. (Replace something.com with a server like msn.com, your choice)

    Tried ping.It kept saying ping timed out.

    Ping a different server then. google.com basiculy this will keep your connection active.
