Default Can someone let me know if these files are safe to delete?

Its not my computer so I need to verify if these files are going to cause me to have to reinstall windows or any other major problems.

You already have a thread in progress where you should be working your problems! Please follow the directions in your other thread and work all problems related to them there. You have a lot of problems and you need to follow those steps and in the order written to make sure ALL malware gets removed.

I will answer your question with a simple yes,but that does not mean they will all be so easily removed or that they will not come back.
