    Can someone help me I keep getting various error messages from my computer. Not sure if its a hardware or software problem.

    Windows Xp Pro Sp2
    Amd 3200+ Athlon Xp
    2Gb DDR 400
    2 Seagate 320 Gb serial ata
    Soyo Kt 600 Plus Motherboard


    CiceroUlWndFrame : mcshell.exe – Application Error

    The exception Privileged instruction.
    (0x0000096) occurred in the application at location 0x0012e629.

    IEXPLORE.EXE - Application Error

    The instruction at “0x6bdea88b” referenced memory at “0x0000002c”. The memory could not be read.

    mcods.exe - Application Error

    The instruction at “0x12140629” referenced memory at “0xffffffff”. The memory could not be read.

    nero.exe - Application Error

    The instruction at “0x07111643” referenced memory at “0x073e0a80”. The memory could not be read

    Typically a DLL problem.
    Easiest first step would be to update Windows. Hopefully, there are updates to the problematic files that resolve these issues.

    My software is all up to date and auto update is on.
