Firewall for Vista

    I have a new system with Vista, and I need a firewall. Is the firewall that comes with Vista adequate, or do I need another? If so, do you know any that are compatible with Vista? I tried to download Zone Alarm, but I received error messages that it was not compatable with Vista.

    I'm going to move this to the Software Forum where you may be able to get more feedback on this. Since Vista is still basically new, there is not much info we can provide you on it yet. Many of us are not even experimenting with it yet.

    Early opinions on the Vista Firewall were not good. Things like this were written a year ago

    There are a few firewalls listed in the below link that show Vista compatibility; however, I have not used any of them nor have I used Vista.
