Having problems with ASUS's website?

    For the last week North America - ASUS has been down/not working well. I called the support agent for a motherboard issue and she said I needed a new BIOS. Point is, I had to go to:

    http://www.support.asus.com.cn

    The "CN" is china, apparently that's the only page that works.

    Hope this fixes anyone's issues!

    I have always gone to tw, not sure the US site ever worked very well, nor had all the recent content.

    The Asus web site is famous for being problematic. If you can even get a download started, it'll be super S L O W ! ! Asus has been this way for as long as I can remember. Like Major Attitude said, go to .tw.... sometimes I use Asus Europe also. It at least works most of the time, the US site is almost always dead or so slow that it should be dead.
