Best Back Up Sofware

    Hi geeks
    Im going to back up music, movies, photos etc. What I want is for the software to automatically back up to another hard drive, at say every day or at a time of my choosing and I dont want the files to be zipped.
    As the capacity of the disc is quite large 500gb I only want any changes to be backed up. This way it wont takes hours to back up.
    What is the best back up software? Free is best but prepared to pay to protect my files.
    I am using Windows XP home
