First, welcome to Majopr Geeks. It could be any number problems: RAM, hard drive, power supply, CPU, even a bad floppy drive can cause all kinds of problems.... I think we need more details, and we need these details to be posted in an easy to understand format. Your post was a bit hard to understand. Maybe use a new line for each new sentence....

The system hangs in very small intervals,
This is the main scenario where system hangs mostly. 1. When the system power on that time. 2. At the time when OS loading. 3. Some time on desktop. 4. While entering system UI & Pass that time. 5. While it’s shut downing. Rest is uncertain Its create problem to start also, some time when I restart its not restarting. I change my RAM, hard drive, power supply. I am not using floppy drive. My Configuration. Intel D865GBF motherboard, Intel processor, 1 gb ram , avg internet security |

start>run>typein
eventvwr Read the logs for the time of the problem and post the result. I think you have driver (or worse malware ) problems. Studio T |

OK No errors listed, but what process was taking so long? You can see this from the timing information.

OK it's time to clean house
Start internet explorer Tools>internet options>delete files>tick all offline content>ok history>clear history. close IE close all programs start>run>typein %temp% Edit>select all>delete yes to confirm right click start click explore click search>allfiles and folders typein *.tmp,*.temp,*.bak,*.bak,*.old,*.chk,~.* select local hard drives click search When complete click edit>select all Check through and if you are certain you do not want to delete a particular item HOLD CTRL KEY and click it. press delete Empty recycle bin. Right click start>click explore right click the hard drive properties>tools>checknow tick both repair options click start>yes let pc restart. If you still have the freezing then try ctrl+alt+del once at the freeze and select processes. post any process recording more than 70%. Studio T |

Try reseating the processor in its socket.
If this does not help boot to safe mode. Does the problem still happen? You will need to run msconfig (start>run>typein msconfig) in diagnostic mode. Basically you need to disable all drivers and re-enable them one by one until the problem surfaces. It's a long haul that one Good luck. Studio T |
