Looking for program for salesmen to check...

Hello-I am looking for a program I can down load for the company i work for. I am wanting to find something that I can create for our salesman to use as a tool for them. Some of the info that they will need will be: their customers that have called into the office, potential new customers, unique quotes, pricing issues, messages. A site that they can go to and maybe enter a pin number of some sort and be able to see info on the above things mentioned. Any ideas? thanks

It sounds to me like you need to build a database, do you have any experience in creating databases? (or any inclination to learn?)

Wow a database.............I would love to learn..........is there a simple way to go about this?
