Transparent GIF

    I have a pen and ink image which I have scanned in. I would like to make it such that the white background will be transparent, and only the black lines remain opaque.

    I currently have Paint Shop Pro and Flash MX. The image is currently a GIF.

    i know how to do this in photoshop, but not in paint shop. you can select white to be the transparency colour, i think you can even do it in paint but im not entirley sure how. sorry!

    Never mind, I just figured it out.:rolleyes:

    For anybody who wants to know, you go to:
    Colors> Set Palette Transparency
    Then just choose what colour you want to become transparent.

    whats this in, paint or paintshop pro?

    That's for paint shop pro. Paint won't allow you to set transparency.
