windows installer/spellcheck

My spellcheck in OE6 looks for word 2000. A window pops up and ask me to install
> word 2000( it came with the CPU). I no longer have word 2000 since I

this solution didn't work---------

folder that contains the Proof folder, which contains the Csapi3t1.dll file.
Check to see if CSAPI3T1.DLL is listed here: Program Files\Outlook Express.
If not expand the Csapi3t1.dll file from your XP CD \I386 and place it in
the OE folder, the file win98_27.cab on a Windows 98 CD, or the file
Win_10.cab on a Windows Me CD.
