Anyone have expiernce Recording Video Games using a TV Tuner?

What I'm tying to do is record SOCOM II from the playstaion 2 console, onto my computer. I want to make videos of the game play. I recently bought a computer that has a TV Tuner.. My plan was to use a Adapter that had the A/V cables and a S-Video cable. I ran the A/V cables to my TV and then i ran the S-Video To my Computer. I can't find anything that will allow me to record or even view the Video that is coming from the S-video.. Anyone have any ideas how to do this?

I'm using Windows Vista btw..
