IE7 Search Spyware

I think it's spyware but I'm not've done a spyware search with my scanner (PC-Cillin) - it found things and they were all deleted - but the problem remains.

I've included a screenshot.

It appears on all pages at the top.

ALSO: I have been having a lot of login and forum troubles with IE7 lately - a lot of incompatibilities. Is there something with Windows Vista Ultimate's Internet Explorer 7 that screws with my web page viewing: gmail has problems; many forums have problems, including this one (using things like bold, italics, fonts, colours); "error on page" warning when I try to post (on some forums) - things like that which are really annoying me, especially since it didn't used to happen.
