I was wondering if anyone knw of a program , preferrably from MG, that has the ability of either fuzzing out a person's face or putting a spotlight thereby focussing on one section of the screen and not being able to see the area not highlighted? Thanks again for all your help.

These should get you started; there's SO many more available in the Graphics section here at MajorGeeks. I'm sure you'll find something to suit your needs, and all of the above are FREE!!! I know that GIMP and Paint.NET are very highly recommended by folks who are into this kind of thing....

Thank you very much, hopperdave2000! I appreciate it. The thing with me is I get sensory overload when I have so many options but you've cut the list considerably. I really do appreciate it. I'll give each of these a whirl, focusing on the two that you've heard rock. Take care.

Thanks again. Now one quickie question: Do any of these work on moving video clips? Like you see on TV when they block out the innocent faces while leaving the guilty open and viewable? hehehe

Hello. The options you offer only edit (spotlight, black out) still images. Is there a program that does the same thing but to moving pictures?

This has some pretty advanced video editing features and I'm sure that it will do what you need... I haven't used it, so I can't be of much help with using it, but it looks like full featured video software..... good luck!
