My mouse hangs up and crashes the pc

My mouse started to hang up and crashes the pc
The Task Bar can not solve this, as I can not get to the mouse to correct it.
I must turn off the computer and restart it, and it continually happens.

If anyone knows how to correct this problem, please let me know at

When you ask a question you need to provide as much information as possible to avoid batting questions back and fore.

Useful information is always, operating system, harware info (mouse in your case) exact word of any error messages and details of any hardware or software changes recently made.
