is there a complication to my system if i will dis-connect my floppy drive?

if it is ok to take out, how to do it? is there things need to adjust in my BIOS?

This should be no problem just open your case you will have two cable one for power and the others it goes to you mainboard disconnect both....

And you should be fine and just check in your bios if you have 3 1/2 disk for first boot change it to cd-rom or harddisk...

Yep- there should also be an option in the BIOS to enable/disable the floppy controller. Be sure to disable it; if you don't, nothing bad will happen, but disabling it is just being thourough....
