Opera/IE cookies error.
Hello,
While visiting a cetain website, I get the error that my cookies are not enabled. However, I have my cookies enabled and no matter what I try, I still get the error. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks in advance!

It may be another security or privacy setting being misreported. Or if you're running IE7, the site may not be IE7 comaptible... yeah, I know, not tons of help, but it's a start. Out of curiousity, what site is it? Maybe I can can check it out and see what happens from my end....

Yeah I'm using IE7, I have to do an online survey for my mom at http://www.talktojcpenney.com/ and after clicking to do it in English, I get the error.
