No file and printer sharing, but internet works

After a smitfraud attack and cleaning, I have 2 machines on my network that while they will connect to the internet, they will not fileshare or printer share.
I have checked all the obvious, but maybe missing something. I am on DSL and this is driving me crazy. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

1. What version of Windows are you running?
2. Is there an error message? (Be as specific as possible, please.)
3. When was the last time the network was functional? Did it ever work?
4. What brand of router are you using?
5. What brand(s) of PCs/printer(s) are you using? (Include the model number, please.)

I need answers to these questions to effectively research your issue. Please answer ASAP for service.
