Quick IIS question

I'm just wondering if anyone here can tell me how to view users connected to your http and ftp sites when using IIS 5.1 (Windows xp pro). I know it does allow this cause I brought the menu up once by accident but i've never been able to find it when actually looking for it so i'm hoping someone from here might know. Thanks in advanced.

Just as a note i'm not looking for an app to let me do this I want to know how to do this with what I already have.

Not sure how easy it is to read the raw log, but there have been made tools to extract reports from the log.
