Default Network Adapter Problem

Hey I have a major problem.... I dont know how the hell this happend but somehow a sasser virus got past my firewall and damaged something making me unable to use my hi-gain hawking network adapter which allows me to use my neighbors wireless network... it was found in the form of an exe file >> C/WINDOWS/Config/lsass.exe
when i try to repair the connection all it says it failed because its unable to connect to the router or something.

any help would be appreciated...
