Major virus, not allowing internet

    Hi, yesterday when I was using the computer, my web browser (FireFox) quit working but aim still worked. I tried to restart my computer to try and fix the problem but no luck. Now I can't do anything regarding the internet. I thought it could be my router but its not because I can use this laptop and Xbox Live. I have ran SpyBot, Ad-Aware, and Antivir Personal. Only finding minor things. Still doesnt fix the problem. I am sending out internet pack but not receiving any. What should I do to try and fix the problem. I will run any program, I will start to run HiJackThis shortly and post that log... Somehow...

    I'm happy to hear you already fixed your problem but your PC is at very high risk of getting infected with malware since it is not properly protected. You are relying only on the Windows XP SP2 built-in firewall and Windows Defender and both of these are not very good and are inadequate. You do also have Advanced WindowsCare but I'm not too convinced on how good it is and I believe it is only an after the fact scanner. You also have no antivirus program and appear to need some updates (like Sun Java for one). You need to work thru the below:
