Internet Explorer re-directing issue

Ok so my problem is that whenever im on the internet and i do say a google search it takes me about 5 clicks of the result to actually reach the page that's intended i get a page that says redirect and then i get bumped to another site.

i have tried to run panda scan and also bit defender but when i run the bit defender ie crashes on me so i cannot successfuly complete the scan ..

i have a hjt scan and the panda scan results attached

okay ran the tool here's the report

 

yes it still redirects me but i've put up with it for the most part
