windows media player- find album info

    Windows XP - find album info command used to work fine. It may have stopped when I upgraded to WMP 11 so I rolled it back to 10. I click "Find album Info" and get "This program cannot display the webpage". I have reinstalled 10 to no avail.

    Have you gone in to your firewall and given WMP permission to access the internet?
