I ran Ccleaner today and it picked up 2 Trojans; Downloader.Zlob and Generic7.RXZ :(
Prompted to Heal or move to virus vault and I moved them to the Virus Vault.
How do I access the Virus Vault to locate exactly where these nasties came from and what happens to them now? How do I delete them from the system?
    Running Win XP

ps I am going to buy my wife her own PC for xmas, so that i can get some peace! ;)

Ccleaner is not an antivirus or antispyware scanner. What are you referring too? Were you really talking about AVG Antispyware?

I was doing my weekly CCleaner scan when a Virus alert popped up for each of the Trojans,(within CCleaner itself) asking what to do with them? I was not running any other scan at this time.
I have since run AVG free anti-spyware and avg free and a-squared ; they found no threats.

I repeat, CCleaner is not a malware scanner. Whatever you were seeing was probably a popup from AVG Antispyware not CCleaner. The fact that CCleaner was trying to remove some file that AVG thought was infected could have triggered the popup from AVG.

My mistake :( I hold up my hands and apologise for the confusion :O

I have just run AVG free and there are 3 Trojans in AVG's Virus Vault.

I understand you now; that while CCleaner was trying to delete these files, AVG alerted it to the Virus Alert and actioned the problem.
I got mixed up as I got a fright that there were some nasties in my PC :(

Do I just leave them in the Virus vault or delete them?
One is a Script virus: JS/Psyme and the other 2 are Trojan Horses :Downloader.Zlob and Generic7.RXZ

    thanks

Okay I have wiped the nasties from the vault. Is that them wiped off the PC now? Should I run AVG and CC again?
    Thanks

Empty your Recycle Bin. If you wish to check again, be my guest. ;)
