Program dragged off of desktop screen

    I have an application that appears to be dragged outside of the desktop screen.The application appears to be running and showing in the bar between the start menu and task manager.There is no right click min or max restore on this.I have been told that increasing the screen size will show the application.This is a 19" LCD flat panel and is already maxed out.Any other suggestions?Dragging on the outside of the desktop does not locate anything.

    Try hitting alt-ctrl, and delete at the same time and see if that program is actually running, you might be seeing a quick launch icon. ed
