When I Open Add N Remove [error]

    it says at top of window -parser message-then in the box-value creation failed ar line 521-and shows a ok but add n remove never opens please help.jim

    You are probably running a third party desktop theme?

    Right click the Desktop then click Properties and choose the Desktop tab. From the list choose Windows XP and try again.
