Mozilla Firefox Question/issue

    Problem is, not all content of most webpages is visible - some boxes are blocked out, white, saying cannot connect to server.
    This is in almost any webpage.
    I know that alot of what I'm missing are ads and crap, but I'd rather ignore them by choice than to have some programming decide what I should or should not see.
    Any ideas as to how I correct this?

    Do you have SpywareBlaster installed? I think I had that problem once with all of the ads being blocked out by some program. I'm not exactly sure, though.

    am using AVG and Adaware only. am thinking I have my security set too high in internet options = will check and see.

    Got rid of MS java. Using Sun now. Issues over.
