Windows messenger problem with getting full screen with a cam

    Hi All, I have a Toshiba Equium laptop running windows messenger used for cam to cam with my son & grandchild. When we try to switch to full screen the screen goes black, although we can still hear the sound. The cam is a logitech Quick cam and we use it's software to control the camera. Please help.
