file name

Anybody know what the file Raxco is? I can't delete it. I'm not sure if I need it.
I use xp and run firefox.

Yes that is what it is. I realize now I asked the question wrong. I want to get rid of it because it doesn't work. Clicking on any part of it does nothing. There is no uninstall and when I try to delete it, it won't let me- I get the message that it is in use by another user. I am the only user on this comp. How can I get rid of it. Says it was created march 2 2007
I just want it gone. I am leery of a program that won't work but can't be deleted or uninstalled.

Try booting into safe mode, F8, and see if you can delete it that way.
