Software to make a .ani file

    I've looked around a bit and haven't been able to find an app that can make a .ani file from scratch. I'm making a site for FCCLA and want an FCCLA animated cursor.

    Search for IconArt by ConWare.org. SiteAdvisor gives Conware a green so the site is safe to go to and look around
