Help Please! I have been infected...

    ... with something? It hijacks my browser (to search.net and other various sites), won't let me run Norton (which I uninstalled and attempted to reinstall with no success), and is just generally annoying!

    I attempted to perform the tasks in your Malware removal guide, some with success, some not

    If anyone can help I would be sooo grateful

    What could you not perform ...and what could you perform?

    You need to attach your logs ...not post them.

    We can only help if you give us the requested logs so we can see what is happening.

    Run HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

    Now see if you can run the requested logs.
