Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone here can help me with this problem. I've been trying all nite to fix it and am not making any progress. For starters, I'm using a Gateway laptop with Vista Home Premium. The game I'm having issues with is Canasta which opens slightly differently than other Pogo games. Most open in a new window but this one opens a new window where you choose a gameroom and a third window opens. That's where it hangs up and the game won't start. I have to kill the session and that's where I'm getting the following error: Description: A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows. Problem signature: Problem Event Name: AppHangB1 Application Name: iexplore.exe Application Version: 7.0.6000.16546 Application Timestamp: 46c64caf Hang Signature: bc7d Hang Type: 517 OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Hang Signature 1: 1f33ce12b07983f96fb877e6d8149e96 Additional Hang Signature 2: e4e7 Additional Hang Signature 3: 2ac408630c7109f3000c4e14296fa4b5 Additional Hang Signature 4: bc7d Additional Hang Signature 5: 1f33ce12b07983f96fb877e6d8149e96 Additional Hang Signature 6: e4e7 Additional Hang Signature 7: 2ac408630c7109f3000c4e14296fa4b5 What I've done so far: I searched for the error online and found discussions where people viewed their Add ons and found that some were disabled. All of mine are enabled. Downloaded windows updates, ran spybot and ccleaner, downloaded newest Java update. I'm not sure what else to try. This game worked fine last night but today I cannot play it at all. I have not downloaded anything new or done anything strange except for accidentally clicking on a link that brought up some lovely porn on my screen. Do you think that could have done it? Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Someone on one of the discussions I found suggested contacting Microsoft but I'm not even sure where to start with that. Thanks so much. |
