Default Have I reached P4 OC limit?

Hey guys, I have been OCing this machine for about a week now and I think I found the ceiling. Here's how it went: I started with a P4 3.06, system clock at 133, FSB at 533. I moved the clock up first to 135, then by increments of 5MHz I got all the way to 165 with everything stable as a rock. This netted me a CPU speed of 3795MHz and a FSB of 660. As great as this was, I had to forge on, so I went to a clock of 170 and it wouldn't boot. I dropped the clock to 167 and it booted so I ran Prime 95 Torture Test with no failures. I decided to up Vcore by the minimal steps allowed in my MBD. Then apps started freezing and I started crashing to boot. Now I have returned to the best I could get with what used to be stability, that is, clock at 165, FSB at 660, and CPU at 3795MHz. This is a phase shift cooled CPU and runs at -41C idle and -29C load, so I'm sure heat is not a problem. The problem is that I still freeze in games where I never did before even though the settings are the same as they were during system stability. Any ideas what could have happened or how to get stability back with these settings? Thanks in advance for your thoughts/suggestions. Later...

nah, it seems to me that it could be your AGP card or memory, so if you can try upping the voltages for your DIMMs (or RIMMs) and see if you can boot into Windows succesfully then.
