sending email
Hi All and happy new year,
Can anyone tell me what happens to an e-mail you send, if the server for the domain you are sending it to is down? Thanks, Dan

For some reason that is not happening. They just seem to be lost. Any ideas?  Could i have missed something in the configuration?Thanks, Dan Last edited by dromano; 01-03-08 at 10:48.. Reason: Also all messages to bellsouth.net and comcast customers seem to be lost. never recieved and no bouncebacks

Yeah, some mailservers can be configured to be silent/non-verbose.
What are you using?
