Country of manufacture?
One new year's resolution is not to buy chinese. Yesterday, looking for a new video card, I found one that was $200 reduced from regular price , a PNY nVidia 8800gtx. Reading down, on the box, I saw PNY was made in China and I put it back on the shelf. Today, another store is selling an 8800gtx made by eVGA. Their website shows an office in California. How can you determine where the product is manufactured without actually going to the store to read the box? Online retailers, i.e., Amazon.com do not list the country of manufacture. Thanks,
