Hello, I ran SDFix on my Windows XP Pro SP2 laptop and I'm not sure if should be concerned about possible malware or not. Here is the line in the report that is concerning me:
detected NTDLL code modification: ZwClose Does anyone know if this is really a problem, and if so, how do I go about it fixing it? Thanks very much. Marty |

Probably not an issue. This was probably just reported by CatchMe (from GMER) which is run by SDfix. But if you really want to check to see if your system is clean, the below is the correct procedure. Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide
