lasptop black screen no post no bios

hi I have an hp pavilion tx 1110
I have a black screen, no post, no bios.
I am running windows vista and I can not figure out what to do.

I have power lights that come on, but nothing boots.
I hear the fans come on.
I put my windows vista cd in and the hard drive light starts blinking and then
it fades.
I have removed the ram, cd drive, and hard drive with no succeess of starting it back up.

I have researched and researched and found no answer yet. Any ideas on what it might be? possible cpu, or motherboard?

I have also put an external monitor in it to see if that might work, but it is still no good. Please help me.
