A friend has an older AGP video, like a GeForce2 or GeForce4, and it has a DVI and a VGA port. He wants to hook it up to his HDTV via the TVs HDMI port. He got a DVI to HDMI cable but that doesn't seem to be working. Is the card too old? I think the newest nVidia drivers for that old card are the 93.71 or the 93.61. Would installing those drivers make a difference or is a newer card needed? Does a video card have to mention HDMI or HDCP in the specs to work on a TVs HDMI port?
    Thanks.
