Nvidia GeForce 7150M

Hi guys im a bit of a noobie when it comes down to the technical side of pc's

Im looking into buying a new laptop suitable for student life, word, excel, music and photos and gaming under £500.

it must be able to run battlefield 2142 which i play daily. Im interested in the Nvidia GeForce 7150M, i thought it was a 512 graphics card but i have reason to believe it is only 256 and told to post on these forums by a freind. Any advice appreciated.

The laptop must have 2mb ram, minimum of 1.8ghz processor and 512mb graphics, any links to where i can get something like this also appreciated.

That is the link to the laptop im thinking of getting, something like that is perfect but needs the 512mb graphics card which im unsure about.

Also could someone tell me whether i could get a freind to install another 512mb graphics card or can the laptop not be upgraded.
