Anyone know if there is a known issue with this MB and USB issues? It is finding unknown USB devices when none are connected.

    Did you assemble this yourself?

I would double and treble check you have fitted the USB headers on the board correctly

Try removing them altogether and see if that makes a difference

Yes I did assemble it. I will recheck as suggested and post the outcome. Thank You.

All connectors appear to be in their proper place..... 1=vcc0 2= vcc1
3=usb0- 4=usb1- 5 usb0+ 6=usb1+ 7=gnd 8=gnd. If I plug in a flash drive before bootup, it is recognized and I can read and write to the flash drive. The printer works normally if plugged in at boot also. It will not detect a legitimate usb plug in, but will find phantom devices if left to its own for a while. I am at a loss as I don't have a lot of experience with USB and it's configuration. Any thoughts are welcome.
