Parser Message: Value Creation Failed at Line 422
Hello.
This is the first time that I have actually used this or any forum before. I keep getting parser message errors: Value Creation Failed at Line 422, 903 and 685. I also keep getting .dll, rundll, rundll32, shell32 and .exe errors and out of system resource messages. Can you help as I can not find anyone who can tell me what is going on. Also I am not a computer technician so my understanding of computers is limited. Thankyou. DBG777

Looks like a theme issue.
Try this: Right click on the desktop and go to properties. Under the themes tab, use the drop down box to select one of the default Microsoft themes - IE Windows XP or Windows Classic.
