Monitor Cables: Which One Is Better !!??

Hi!
Recently As Of Earlier This Year,
I Ordered An IBM LCD Monitor For My Pc,
Seen Here, In My TechGuy Forum Post(Specs And Info Can Be Seen Here)
Now The Monitor Itself Is Not High-Def!!
However, I Am Able To Play Some Games On it And Play Dvd's!!
(The Pc System Is A '98 System((Originally Win98, But Has Since Been UpDated To,
And Is Currently Running WinXP)) And Came Factory Installed W/ A Dvd Player!!)
That Said, I'm Wondering Which Monitor Cable Is Best For My Lcd Monitor !!??
This One Here, Say's That It's A Premium Monitor Cable,
While This One Here, Say's That It's An HD (HD-15!!??), Monitor Cable!!
Which Do You Think Is The Better One, Huh !!??
