Dont' know what to do now?

Hello:
I have a Dell with Vista, I know many bugs and crap with this OS. I install Norton Endpoint everithing was fine, one day my PC star to crash for no reason. contac Dell support and told to try unistalling Endpoint, it work. I now have McAfee Enterprise edition(why? because I get it free) My PC it's working fine now but other sofware( i.g games by Iwin, Windows live mail or opening PP from email attahcments) are not connecting to the internet.
Is that because because of the firewall from McAfee? If not what can I do to open those ports or line(don't know the name)

Yup! Get AVG Free Edition, uninstall McAfee, install AVG, turn on Windows Defender, and maybe add WinPatrol. You will be better protected than with McAfee or Norton and have way fewer problems.
