I have had to replace the oboard scsi drive controller with an adaptec card but windows doesn't know the adaptec card exists and is using the previous LSI drivers and blue screening on me with a Stop 7B message. Soooo I was wondering if I could do a repair install of Server 2003 Std edition to add the driver to the boot.ini?

Or is there a better way to solve this one?

Boot to safe mode, tap F8 key at boot, uninstall the driver, run a registry cleaner like "easy cleaner" (google), restart pc, this time when asked for a driver, direct the wizard to manually install a driver from a file. If you don't have it, d/l it from the adaptec site.
