Is CPU Clock Oscillation Normal When Idle?

    Hello,

    I'd just like to know if the following behaviour for my T9300 2.5 GHz processors is normal as I have been experiencing downclocking at 92C.

    So is the downclocking normal when idling? This is on a laptop!
