Asus P5KC DDR2/DDR3 MOBO with 45um

Looking at the Asus P5KC to throw my old Intel 805D in, but also have room for upgrading and partial future proof. Has anyone got this board or have any decent reviews and or links on this product?

IMO, your best upgrade would be a new Core 2 cpu. That 805D is hot as hell. Any of the C2D can be had for about $100 US. Plus, you got a good s775 board that can overclock quite well. The Ballistix is begging to be overclocked. The PSU has got plenty of juice.

 

Thank you but I dint explain myself very well the 805D is my old CPU.....I have a Q6600 on the P5WDH now. I'm just trying to recycle the 805D to a friend at a very low cost but give them something of value in a system build, damn their current system is on DDR at best.
