Hi, I'm trying to hook up a HP wireless all-in-one photosmart c4380 to a new netgear wifi wpn824 router. The printer sees the neighbor's networks but not mine. I'm using WPA and vista. I disabled firewall & antivirus, moved the printer next to the router, still doesn't see it, what am I missing? Help appreciated!:confused

Your printer may not support WPA or that particular one on the router. As a quick test, disable encryption on router, does the printer see your network?

    Hi

I have same printer setup as wireless with WPA enabled Netgear router and initially what you have to do is to choose Network Connection and not USB Connection ( although at one point you will be asked to connect via USB to get some settings, then it will tell you to disconnect later )

Have your SSID ( network name ) and WPA key handy to enter when asked.

Do get latest driver as one on CD maybe older http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=3221646&lang=en&

Then run the setup and follow prompts as below in this guide http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...18972&prodSeriesId=3221640&objectID=c01122127
