Outlook.pst file reached Max Size

    SES Private E-2

    Windows XP, Outlook 2000,
    I keep getting an error message that tells me the Outlook\Outlook.pst file has reached maximum size. It tells me reduce the size and I don't know how to do so. I can't delete any files in Outlook w/o getting this same message. Any ideas on how to reduced the size of this file?

    Can I make the following suggestions to you. Are you able to archive or compact your files? Perhaps you might get some wiggle room from these options to allow you to delete files.

    May I also ask if you have tried to delete any large attachments to messages in your sent folder?
