    I've seen ReactOS on the MG main page a couple of times, and it's always intrigued me a bit (link http://www.majorgeeks.com/ReactOS_d5736.html and their home page http://www.reactos.org/en/index.html) so I went to their page and did a quick look-see... so, is ReactOS a fully install-able operating system? Or is it a 'live' OS like Knoppix or a PE-based boot CD? If it's a fully installable OS, it seems to me that at only 30mb, it would not only boot up really fast, but would be the ideal OS for gaming as there's no system bloat to get in the way.... and if it's 100% completely Windows compatible, why use Windows? If all apps and software written for WinXP runs on the ReactOS, why am I still using XP Pro?

    Any insight, thoughts, or whatever, is invited and encouraged, and will be appreciated. Thanks.

    Know about this OS but its very early and in alpha stages still so lacking in support for many windows components and drivers, I remember notably .Net so without this I didnt see any need as yet to test due to how early it is in development, maybe by beta or RC stage it would be more compatible.

    You get both options in downloads, LiveCD and Installer.
