Looking for "Settings"

I'm sure I've lost my mind but I can't find "Settings" . I'm trying to eliminate "Error Reporting and need to start with Settings" I would guess from the start menu. Also, how can I shring the blinking curser? I had to adjust my screen size after setting my monitor to 1600 x 1200 as reccommended by Samsung and now my cusrser is 1/8 of an inch wide.

To access the settings for the reporting feature:

1. Click Start.
2. Right-click My Computer, then click Properties.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Click Error Reporting.

Welcome, can try this for the cursor, not on XP at the moment so can't look for you.

Control Panel > Accessibility Options > Display (tab).
Under "Cursor Options", move the "Width" slider all the way
to the left (narrow) and click APPLY.
