I'm relatively new to OCing. I understand the basics of it all but I'm still unsuccessfully swinging at a couple of curve balls. Here is my rig:
    Antec Solo Midtower case
    OCZ 600 PSU
Gigabyte GA-M33plus-S3G mobo with latest BIOS revision
    AMD Athlon X2 4600+ Windsor OC'd to 2.82 (11*264)
    2 x 1 GB G.Skill PC6400 OC'd to ~487
    1 IDE + 1 SATA HDD = 520 GB
Klipsch ProMedia 4.1 speakers onboard sound
    Onboard :puke video (nVidia 6100)
    Hanns-G 19" LCD

I've read in quite a few forum posts that the HT Link value should be <1000. Mine is sitting at 1321 and my lowest setting in BIOS is "Normal." My understanding is that it's not that big a deal but my question still stands...Is that setting safe? I can't really lower it without bringing my "FSB" down which defeats the purpose anyway, right?

    Thanks for your help!
    Jack
